have had our sheep for years now and I wasn't completely convinced that goats would be
a good addition to our farm. I was so wrong. These girls have been such a joy, they are
so loving and very friendly, unlike most of our sheep. We waited until fall of 2005 to
breed our does and soon we will have kids running around the farm as well as lambs.
Last year we were fortunate enough to borrow a nanny from our neighbor who was
already milking 3 others. We love our goats milk and all the wonderful things we can
produce from the milk. After giving her back, and buying milk and cheese from the store
again we are eagerly awaiting the arrival our new kids.
